Product Description
A single-agent solution for dispersion, adsorption, and pH control.
Dispersion and molecular adsorption begin immediately when paint overspray comes into contact with the spray booth water.
The paint particles are decomposed and adsorbed in the collection system, resulting in the loss of tackiness.
When used together with a centrifugal separator, sludge can be automatically recovered.
As the product is formulated to be mildly alkaline, it can also be used to maintain the pH level of spray booth water.
Note: Please manage the system according to the standards of each operating site. This product alone does not produce a coagulation effect. If larger sludge particles are required, a flocculant should be used additionally.
