Liquid Coating

The company actively promotes automation of the coating process to reduce labor costs and improve product yield, implementing an integrated automated coating system.

The system is equipped with an electrostatic dust removal device at the material input, effectively eliminating surface dust and debris. The parts then move via a transfer mechanism into a spray chamber with a stable air supply system, where high-precision coating is performed using XY-axis automated spraying equipment. After spraying, the parts automatically enter an IR baking oven for drying, achieving a continuous integrated process from pre-treatment to coating and drying.

By implementing this equipment, reliance on manual operation is greatly reduced, coating quality stability is significantly improved, and product yield reaches approximately 80%, markedly enhancing overall production efficiency and quality performance.
